Returns

We accept unworn items in perfect condition within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must have tags attached and should not have makeup stains, deodorant marks, or the smell of perfume. Please read below to ensure your item is eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returns unless an item was sent damaged.

Refund Process

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed and approved. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived faulty, damaged, or is a different size from what you ordered, please email us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving your package, providing details and photos.

Damages After Wear

We are not responsible for damages if you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions. We recommend following the care instructions to protect your items.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges for online orders. A new order would need to be placed. Items may be exchanged in-store.

International Shipping

We do accept international orders. The shipping rate for international starts at $13.00, plus $2.00 for each additional item. For heavy items such as shoes, the rate is $15.00, plus $1.00 for additional items.

We are not liable for orders lost in the mail when shipped internationally and will not issue refunds.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most domestic orders take between 2 to 10 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 days with priority shipping, depending on your local postal service’s efficiency. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Missing Products

When filling out your shipping address, please ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for misspellings. After placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If your mail gets lost, you will need to resolve this with USPS, as we are not responsible for their mistakes.
